Image Processing Group of Debrecen

The Image Processing Group of Debrecen (IPGD) is an university recognised research group. This group was formed in 2000 by Prof. Gábor Fazekas, Prof. János Kormos, and Prof. Attila Fazekas, as a forum to co-ordinate and support the promotion of computer and machine vision research at University of Debrecen. The Image Processing Group of Debrecen currently consists of a core team of 11 researchers (3 Faculty, 2 PhD students, 6 Research Masters students) working on Computer Vision, Image Processing, Digital Topology, and Multi-modal Human-computer Interaction projects. This Research Group also runs a wide ranging Education programmes covering undergraduate, graduate, and PhD education.
