The head chef, Viktor Sallay, is a native of Budapest, Hungary. He has over twenty years cooking experience in a variety of cuisines including Hungarian, Russian, Italian and Modern Australian. Together with his partner, David Buchler, he aims to bring to Melbourne an authentic Hungarian menu in a warm, casual and friendly environment.
